Got a message saying
Error: Tracking information is currently not available. Please contact us for more information or email us at cs@volcanoecigs.com.
I don't want to bother CS if this is a minor thing that some one here can answer. Perhaps I just ordered to late in the day for Fed ex to give a proper tracking number?

yup that is just a miss-communication between our systems and the shipping company's computers. I am guessing that is USPS, I have yet to see it with Fed Ex.

I placed an order on Saturday Dec. 17th. that was shipped the same day. According to usps my order had left the Honalulu facility, but there was no other tracking info after that. USPS.com said my order was to be delivered by the 19th. I contacted customer support and they got back to me with in an hour. USPS said due to the holiday season the order is a little behind. Customer support got right on the issue and helped get the information I needed.
