Tracking Number??
by armywife08 » Wed Nov 02, 2011 6:20 am
Hi! I'm new here. I just ordered my first starter kit and I got the confirmation email last night saying it had shipped but I don't see a tracking number for USPS... Can someone please help me out?? I'm so excited to get my stuff and I'm going crazy not being able to track it lol

Honestly, if you went USPS, I'd not worry about the tracking number as they suck at keeping the info current. But in answer to your question, I just looked at my old emails from them and the tracking number was at the bottom of the email.

if you log into the store page, you can click on my account, on your dashboard you can see your orders... it should be the one on the top. click view order, underneath your billing address and payment method you will see in red "Track Your Order". a window will open with your tracking number and something that probably says Tracking information is currently not available. Please contact us for more information or email us at cs@volcanoecigs.com, however if you go to the carriers site (fed ex tracking or usps tracking) and put in that tracking number it should give you relatively accurate estimated time of delivery.
Good luck and i hope you get it soon.

the order does not have the tracking info on it due to is is an APO address, we have to enter the tracking info manually and sometimes it does not stick on the account. I am awaiting the shipping department to get in and get back to me, once they do I should be able to get you the tracking number. I will PM it to you once I get it. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We will get you the info shortly.

Effin' right?!?!? I love how the order was confirmed on Tuesday and it still just says, "Shipping Info Received, does not idicate actual ship date". If it's anything like previous orders, it's in my mailbox right now...wait, why am I not running to my mailbox??????
