I have been trying to get a hold of customer service to get tracking information on my order and I am having a really hard time. I placed the order on Monday and I am sitting on pins and needles to get my package! I am just worried that it is going to come on a saturday since it is being shipped to my work! Is there another number I can call besides customer service?

You can log into the store account, look at the account dashboard menu on the left side of the page and click on "customer service." From here, you can open a customer service ticket and they'll look into the situation for you...this is usually quicker than calling...

the 800 number is the only number there is to call. If you get the voice mail please leave your contact info and we will call you back in the order the call was received. When no one answers it is either not business hours (remember Volcano is in HI) or all CS reps are busy on another call.
You can also contact us via the ticket system, by using the customer service tab on your store account dashboard or the Contact Us form in the tabs at the top of this page.
Or for things like this, you can ask here and either myself or Shadow Rhelm will get you set up.
I looked up your order and am sending you a PM with your tracking info.
Sometimes when you order as a guest, for some reason the email does not seem to make it to you. I always suggest ordering with an account, plus you earn points that way that can be used to save money on your next purchase.

Thank you! My item shipped the day I ordered it! I hope it gets here sooner than saturday. I don't want to have to drive to work on my day off to get my package...but I will. Plus my boss is out for the rest of the week so i want to be able to test it out at my desk!
