I really haven't had an "issue" per se, regarding the carto hole size. I just have found that making it only very slightly bigger, that I have personally experienced a better vape. Just a bit better wicking for me personally. I just thought I would throw out that thumb tack tip, just in case someone had some issues and wanted to try and resolve it themselves w/o having to use a saddle valve. Either way, they work like a charm!
And, I usually only do this when some of the carto's holes seem smaller than some of the others I have received. Seemed to have increased the longevity of the smaller holed ones in par to the cartos that I have received with a tad larger hole.

I thought i may have had a wicking issue the other day. I think it was just a faulty carto though. It happened, i stressed for a minute, changed the carto, and got happy. However, I still love my tube tank and smoking isn't something i think about too much these days.

I love the tube tank it's the only carto I use, one thing I've noticed is the ring on the drip tip is coming apart but I'm not seeing a replacement for it so I guess I'll be buying a new one
. The single coil 3.0 are my favs & I'm looking forward to the new cartos with the bigger holes.
