My wife and I must be one of the only ones that don't have trouble with USPS. We ALWAYS get our orders from Volcano in 3 business days.

Sorry to hear that you have had that much problems with 'em. FedEx of course, has always been consistent when ordering as well. No qualms there, but FedEX always delivers at random times in the day for us, whereas USPS, we get the mail basically 11am everyday. Just more convenient in our situation.

Fedex is the way to go.My first order was delivered as promise in two days and second order which i put in yesterday will arrive tomorrow.Again two days and thats because i took advantage of the free shipping with orders over 100.00.Best part is the fedex tracking system,i can be at work and know where my products are at all times.Even up here in Ontario fedex delivers as promise.

I've gone with FedEx's 2-day shipping for every order I've placed with Volcano, and my packages have gotten to my house (all the way from Hawaii to Massachusetts) in 2 business days every time. I'm pretty impressed, and even if my order total isn't very high, I never mind just dishing out the $7.99 for the consistent speed.
