valcano cartomizer and v-pack

Postby rwp111 » Sat Jan 07, 2012 10:09 pm

I have purchesed the valcano starter kit. i have put the carts in the v-pack in the designated areas to hold them. i have noticed tonight that all of them are leaking. should i not store them in the v-pack or do what i can to keep the v-pack flat.

also i seem to be having trouble charging the batteries in the v-pack it will flash 5 times and the led screen will change to orange and show its charging. but after the screen turns off i try to check to macke sure its still charging and its not. im not sure if i am doing something wrong. the usb charger does work so i know the batts are good.

Thanks

the volcano cartos are filled with the cotton type polyfill. this should prevent them from leaking as the polyfill material will absorb the juice, unless you are putting too much juice in them then it would flow above the material and down the air tubing out the bottom by the threading for the battery. when you fill these you want to fill untiil they stop absorbing.

when you check the batteries after 5 minutes in the v-pack is the bars still scrooling or screen still orange? if not and its back to red yes there is a problem with the v-pack, it should also take about the same amount of time to charge as the usb.

if you wait 30 minutes or so after putting the battery to charge in the pack. do you get a normal amount of battery life like you would with the usb charger?

if no to the battery life and its not properly charging the batteries, i would contact customer service as there seems to have been a bad batch of pcc floating around, and they will get you all fixed up
