I am in total agreement. I am mad impressed by the service, shipping, quality, pricing, relations, etc etc etc. I have honestly not come across such a great company overall in probably my entire life. I hope that more businesses in the world could take note from Volcano's performance.
And as I said in my first post. It was because of your accreditation with the BBB that I decided to order from Volcano. I wish I could file a praising with the BBB but I suppose they only take complaints lol.

I am in customer service and have been for years. The company I work for now was a shock to the system because their customer care is great compared to other places I have worked, and I found that ya'll have the BEST and I mean that whole heartedly, the best customer service I have ever come across. Not to mention that the emails I get back are fast and even funny
it's nice not to have a canned email sent back to me as a customer. (and yes...sigh...I have to admit I have to use those very canned email messages where I work...but shhh..I never said that)

The emails I exchanged with you all today are proof of why you're rated highest with the Better Business Bureau. Here's an excerpt.
"I tend to work off the clock on the weekends, and even sometimes late into the night. Mainly because I just feel our customers deserve quick responses, and even though the office is closed on the weekends. Sometimes questions can't wait till Monday."
Amazing. I honestly cannot think of a single other company around that has employees this dedicated to their customers. You guys are freakin' awesome!

After two weeks with Blu, the snazzy gift box, the battery charging cigarette pack, the atomizers and batteries are nifty paperweights!

I agree, I am a very new member and I have had nothing but good response from the company as well as the forum is a great aspect to add when you see the employees getting in on the forum with the customers. I haven't got my product yet and I'm already recommending it to friends and my clients (which the Ecigs are a big hit with casinos) and actually 3 of my casinos are looking into ecigs to sell within thier casinos.
WHO SAYS CALIFORNIA DOESN'T HAVE VOLCANOS... NOBODY... CAUSE WE DO!!

Volcano is currently looking for people to run Volcano Franchises which would get you the entire product line. The Disposables would also be a good way to get Volcanos into the Casino store too, these are also offered at wholesale prices. Please contact Customer Service if either of these options look like they would work with your casinos. Hope you love your kit when you get it, I certainly love mine.
Happy Vaping!
