Volcano blows..Where's my order? [RESOLVED]

I am very upset. I received my shipping confirmation back on July 19th and have yet to even get word on my order? I open up a ticket with Volcano via email and the last 2 emails I received were:

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I will immediately look into this issue with our company as well as USPS and get back to you today on any information I may have found. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

What the hell is going on? That was back on 08/01. Enough with the sorry's and figure it out and get back to me. I am posting here because I am tired of the run around and the sheitty customer service.

I have been in contact with the CS manager and she is talking with the shipping team now to see whats going on. I will report back here shortly, as soon as I hear something.

Sorry you are having a hard time, but I assure you this is a very very RARE situation. I have placed several orders with Volcano and only have recieved one mix up, which was quickly resolved. Volcano has a great support staff which is constantly assisting the community forums. I am sure they will get everything sorted out.

P.S.- Volcano does NOT blow
