Volcano Cartomizers

I've bben using Volcano E-cigs for over a year. I just tried to order some new menthol cartridges and found they are no longer available. They have been replaced by "Cartomizers" at about 4 times the price ($11.99 vs. $2.99 for five). How do these compare with the cartridges I've been using? The description says they are refillable, but I can't find any instruction for doing this for the Volcano size cartimizers. How do I refilk them and what do I need to buy to do this?

all you need to refill is a bottle of juice, you can either buy the exact flavor in the cartos or you can buy blank cartos if you want to use a few different flavors. they are a cotton fill so all you do is drip on the cotton after you removed the white top. as a vaper who started out with cartridges i can say these are 1000x better to use, they hold more juice and even taste better. plus you don't have to worry about back flowing juice in your mouth or fluffing the filler

How do they compare, well it is a step forward. Instead of a cart and then an atty, now they are combined into one unit. I have never blown a carto before, where as I have blown an atty.
I would say on that note that the downside is cost, as you will replace the carto long before the coil is blown. After time the poly fill gets a build up of dark juice concentrate that clogs it up. So to throw away just because of that sucks! If you blow peridocially between fill ups, you can get rid of some of the juice concentrate and prolong the life. I am getting some where between 5-10 days of use before I toss. So that does equate to more dollars spent.
But the first fill and vape on a new carto is great!

Ok, I got my new carts. today, the first one I tried ouldn't let me drawanything thru it at all. So I tried another one which worked fine. I used to go thru one disposable cartridge a day. At this rate have long can I expect the new carteidges to last before I have to refill them?.
Also, how do I go about refilling? A bought a bottle of menthol liquid, but can't see any way of getting it into the cartidge thru the very small hole. How much liquid do I put into the cartridge?

for the volcano cartomizers i go thru about 1 per flavor per week. now this may be more or less for you as i go thru 10mls of juice a day.
to refill you need to peel back the sticker enough to fully expose the white cap. once you do that pop the top the cap off with a paperclip, and you can drip down the side until it stops absorbing the juice. how long you can go will be determined by, how much you vape, some say when you notice flavor get weaker refill. however if you wait till long and run it with out juice you can burn the filler, which pretty much ruins it. me personally as well as a few others refill once every hour or so just to be on the safe side

Hoping someone can help me.
I purchased 2 packs of blanks and they dont seem to be working. Im not getting much flavor or taste after the first few drags. I get plenty of vapor. I have been using the clearomizers previous to this and I dont know if im just in love with the clearos or if im doing something wrong. I can't see how there could be so many positive reviews with the experience im getting, so im leaning twords im doing something wrong.
I have filled them the way instructed, they aren't under filled but possibly over filled Can soneone help me? Should I open the other pack and see if I just maybe got a bad pack?

if they are over filled, you would hear gurgling, and it wouldn't produce good vapor.
what flavor liquid are you using in them? sometimes lighter flavors can get masked because they are a filled carto and not CE2 style (like the clearos).
normally when vapor or flavor starts to drop off, that's an indication that it needs to be topped off.
