Volcano Reward Points System Update - CLOSED

Hello everyone.

As some of you may have noticed, the URL of our website is currently different. We are running on an older version of the website at the moment.
We had a minor crash this morning. Nothing to worry about, but we have had to revert to a back up website and database.

Currently orders being placed are acting weirdly, getting blank email confirmations, or not being able to log in to track the order, etc.
We know about this, and it is because we are working with a back-up database. So some of the orders from today/yesterday are just acting a little funny on your end.

Everything in shipping is moving out normally. So your orders are indeed leaving, and if you have any questions about them. Feel free to contact customer service:

Myself or Magma Mike will come in here to update this thread for you guys, but we're hoping to have everything back to normal soon and having that new point system in place.

OOOOOOHHHHHHH NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not more problems, :shock:

I feel so bad for you guys. Need to find those Gremlins and get them out of the systems. Hope everything works out to be an easy fix for you guys.

The reward points installation is what actually brought the site down this morning. We were trying to install the upgrade and it kicked our site in the butt.

Thankfully we had our backup site to work off of for most of the day.

We are still working out all the kinks from the recent system upgrade and will be doing so through the weekend. We hope to have the new reward points system in place by Monday with everyone's points still in tact...so bear with us a few more days, we're in the home stretch, and once again our apologies for all the conveniences. Aloha all ~
