They do send it, sometimes the e-mails don't arrive, they get blocked or something...

We do send shipping and tracking info with every order, sometimes though depending on your email client, sometimes it will get sent to your spam folder, and sometimes the client will block it all together. I will see what I can find out for you and I will PM you any info I do find out.

Appreciate it, I also made a separate order today. I emailed customer service about combining the orders if not already shipped. If not, no big deal.

Just chiming in that I placed an order on the 24th - the day before Christmas - and it was just delivered this morning! Awesome! Can't wait to go pick up my new Inferno!!

It probably also helps that Hawaii and Memphis aren't under 2 feet of snow ;)

I don't think I've ever received an email with the tracking info on it.
However, if you go to the main site and sign in, you can bring up a page with all your orders on it. Click the shortcut to view the most current order, and then clock another shortcut for the tracking info. It apparently links to the FedEx site. As far as USPS, I try not to use them anyway.

I get a new order email and for shipping i get a shipping confirmation email when it is electronically notified by fedex every order i place. Just make sure to add *@volcanoecigs.com to your trusted list and you should be fine...
