How crazy is this...it came today! woohoo...

BUT,
There was not filler in the box and everything was tossed around inside and I have a super battery missing because the box was crunched and everything was loose inside...called fedex to see if it MIGHT just be on the delivery trucks floor....what are the odds? :(

Hey! Awesome! Glad to hear your package arrived...so strange, something must be up with FedEx...I know people have been reporting more problems...I am pretty used to things being a bit roughed up with USPS (though I haven't received anything damaged significantly *knock on wood*) but things are usually in great condition when they arrive from FedEx...hoping they find your stuff...

Well, trying to work with Volcano since Fedex says they have nothing saying they ever even had the package in the first place!!!

I am not having much luck with the whole e-cig thing :(

I did take pics of the box and the way the contents were all loose inside and how (I am assuming) the battery fell out if it was in there in the first place.....didn't realize I would need a pic of the damn fedex truck in the driveway though :(:(:( Almost $200 and I just want my supplies.

Was it in a ziplock bag? I can't remember getting filler in my last package but they've always been in a ziplock bag for issues like this. Also, double check the packing slip.

I'm sure customer service will do what they can. They're great about it and if you have pics, they can see what the problem was....

You would think you having a FedEx package with the mailing labels on it would be proof enough..WTF...it's hard to believe the driver didn't do a delivery scan either....so strange....

the original tracking number she go was not the right one. Fed Ex gave us the wrong number for that package.

Well, that explains that...and why the fed ex lady pretty much thought I was a nuts when I told her the fed ex van just left the driveway... :crazy: :crazy:

CS has pics of the box (inside and out) so they can do their claim. :)
Hopefully now they will send me the missing battery and all will be well. :| :yawn:

the correct tracking number is also on the shipping label, but it is in the long list or replies on your ticket as well.
