I am in awe. Volcano, what did you do to your shipping?

Last night I ordered during the chat. By the time you were giving away the trip to Vapefest Philly, I had already received shipping confirmation. And then, despite the whole Tennessee snowfall thing, FedEx shows my package is going to be delivered TOMORROW??!!!!

OMG I couldn't be happier!! Way to effin' go!!! Yippee!!!

That's awesome! I placed an order Wed. night as well, but waited about a half-hour after the chat was over (I kept changing my mind on color and juice flavor for my T-Kit....) My package won't be here until Monday - I guess my indecision cost me a few days. He who hesitates is lost

Placed an order on the 25th...shows it to be delivered on the 28th...well today is the 28th and I called fedex and it hasn't even been picked up @ Volcano yet never mind being delivered today like it says.


Tried numerous times to call them and can't even get a person on the phone...left messages and no return phone call....maybe 2 orders totally close to $400 isn't worth their time???

Yes I know about the time difference...My daughters father lives there...Left several mess. over a few days and haven't heard from them.

Just wanted to let folks know just because it is posted as a delivery date don't miss out doing something by being home thinking it will arrive when they have it posted to.

Maybe AB will catch this and look into your order...that's unusual for something to not have shipped for 3 days...sometimes Fed Ex has missed scans lately...someone's package arrived the day it was scheduled by the tracking site still said it hadn't been picked up...hopefully, that'll be the case for you too...

More importantly, hubby works overseas and smokes 3 pack of analogs a day
I mailed him a cheapO ecig from the gas statiion and he actually liked it....
and only smoked 1 pack when he took it to work that day....SOOOOO
my son and I ordered 3 Inferno starter T packs, one for each of us and I REALLY want to get it to the chimney aka my hubby overseas asap.
