I want to ask you why I cant get needle tip tops to screw on

I want to ask you why I cant get needle tip cap tops I just ordered to screw onto bottles of fluid you sell.

I I cant use them they are worthless.


It takes me hours literally hours to get one of these tips to fit on a bottle and that is a guess I don't need it sucks of the first order.


I have been trying for three hours to fit a new top on another bottle and I have still got it to fit.


Son you are selling stuff that doesn't work and that is bogus.



I am trying my third needle tip and none of them will screw onto the bottle none simply none.


The push ut circle you have at the top of the cap for zaro or little reason is keeping the threads from engaging. It will not let them lock and turn in any way. I had to cut it down with a dremmel tool to make the last one work. Obviously nobody tried these things before they sold them to us or they would have seen the problem.


That shoulder in the cap is useless and it only prevents the cap from being screwed on to the threads. This is lame at best and don't ask me what it is at worst.


The last piece I worked with with the dremnel tool is working on the next bottle but not a single one of the factory bought parts fit them.

Shame on you and forget how you couldn't get things right.


I have no clue why that shoulder is there to begin with but I had to take out about 3/4thers of to make itwork. When the shoulder puts you threads away
from where they need to be something is wrong.

I have like 6 of them and they all fit on my juice bottles fine.

are you taking the dropper tip off?

I don't understand why you can't just make one post to complain... you can edit your first post for 30 minutes. you have made 6 posts in that time instead of just adding to the first post which just leads me to believe you get off on attention.

additionally, if these are such a terrible product and everybody has shared your experience, no one would buy them and they would no longer be sold. like I already said, I have used about 6 of them with no problems. I know a lot of other people personally who also use them with no problems.

once again, are you removing the dropper tip from the bottle?

Dude! Are you even reading any of the replies?!? Do you get off on ranting about things that don't work due to user error??? Seems to be that you're not removing the dripper top from the bottle (as rawrrr mentioned earlier) before you try to put the needle tip cap on. People are trying to help you but all you do us complain about every little thing.

Please listen to the others and remove the dropper top from the bottle and then screw the needle top cap onto the bottle. This is a common misunderstanding, many people try to use it with the dropper top still attached. Volcano would NEVER sell something that did not work with its products. If you just take a moment to read the responses you will be able to get your caps working properly.

Yes please remove the top, it just pops right off.

And please DO NOT make 10 posts back to back. I have combined them all in to one for you. Pleas take the advice of others here, take the time to read their responses before you continue to rant about something not working when they are trying to help you, and tell you that you are doing it wrong and that you are modifying things way beyond what you should be.

Just pop the dripper top off the bottle by pressing it to the side and it will pop right off. Then and ONLY then will you be able to screw on the needle top bottle cap.
