There are ups and downs to hand mixed juices. Preparation time is sure one of them, but its so worth the wait.

yeah, make sure you order from Juice Blaster WELL AHEAD, because mine still hasn't shipped yet and it has been over a week since I ordered. and I am not saying I haven't received it, I am saying it hasn't even left Juice Blaster yet.

I guess it is what it is, and people say great things about JuiceBlaster, I just wish something would be posted to the website about shipping delays, because My expectations are set by What Volcano and ELP do. Now I understand that a single guy mixing his own juice is not going to have Volcanos customer service abilities or resources, but in my mind taking 11 days to get the order in the mail is very long no matter what your resources are. If JuiceBlaster said on their site that it takes a week or 11 days or whatever, for the order to be filled, then I would not be disappointed as my expectations would be set when placing the order. However, if there is nothing on the site that indicates their will be shipping delays and then there is, it can create ill will with your customer base. For a small start-up, creating ill will with your customers is exactly what you don't want to do if you really want to be successful.
I myself work in the Internet product fulfillment market, and I find that customers will be very patient if you are up front with them on delivery times. It is when delivery times are slow without communication from the vendor that harm to a companies image can be done. In fairness to JB they did answer my email inquiry in regards to expected ship date in a timely fashion, so that is a plus.

-mea culpa! It is Hard to find, but THERE IS a terms and conditions page at Juice Blaster stating that you should expect a 7-10 day or more waiting period before shipment.

I did not see that before as it was VERY hard to find,(terms and conditions can only be found by going to a very small print link at the bottom of the page) but in fairness to JB that time frame was posted, so I stand corrected on my earlier post.
