What I absolutely LOVE abouot Volcano...

Their awesome Customer service and shipping times.

I sometimes look elsewhere to save a couple bucks on an item, and I quickly learn that it is so not worth it.

When I order from Volcano they ALWAYS ship it the day I order it and it is ALWAYS here in the exact time that I expect it.

Most recent example. Late last week I put in 2 orders for juice. One from Volcano, one from Juice Blaster. The orders were literally made 10 minutes apart.

Well let me put it this way: I have been vaping the Volcano juice I ordered for 25 hours already, the Juice Blaster juice you ask? It hasn't even left their shop yet according to their website.

I am not trying to knock Juice Blaster here BTW, this is more a comment on Volcano's awesomeness than Juice Blasters failure.

Everyone just pales in comparison.

You have to remember....JB's juices are hand mixed when ordered and not sitting on shelves waiting to be sold....so they are Fresh!!!

And usually the shipping times allows the to steep a bit before you get them...increasing the taste even more...

Yeah, the difference is that JB requires a processing time to create your juice before shipping whereas Volcano gets stock then ships it out...the handmixed juices will never have the same turnaround as a juice that's premade...

JuiceBlaster juices are always worth any amount of wait time involved! These are not factory produced, but hand mixed to perfection - every time.

I love Volcano's fast FedEx shipping but I also love the yummy juices and personalized service I get from JuicBlaster.

I also think JB was moving his lab which probably accounts for a little longer than usual delay.

I thought he was done moving the lab and is back up and running better than ever. I have heard that some people ended up waiting a month for their order to ship during the move.

Wow, some great defense of juice Blaster here. Looks like he has some loyal customers, that is GREAT to see.
I have not tried Juice Blaster juice yet, but eagerly await my small order as I have heard very good things.

However,like I stated in my initial post. That example was not to serve as a knock against Juice Blaster, but as an illustration of Volcanos's awesomeness.

Let's face it, many people are using vaping as a way to quit analogs. It is ever SO IMPORTANT early in the conversion from Analogs to Vaping, to not run out of juice, or be worried about running out of juice due to delivery delays.
I want to stress to any potential customers that may have this concern that VOCLANO is the best I have come across in regards to highly professional customer service when it comes to e-cigs.

They simply do what they say which unfortunately is all too uncommon in this day in age.
