Just want to share that I had an issue with my lava tube, sent it in and received great assistance in getting a replacement. As always, the customer service team responded promptly, kept me up on their findings and made sure to let me know when the new product was on the way. This is a major reason I stick with Volcano. I always feel like they back up the warranties as promised and take care of issues adeptly.

I would like to say after spending a good, at least $2,500 worth of gear from Volcano, I have had to only contact CS 3 times, and was promptly taken care of all 3 times. That there speaks for itself and how great of a company this truly is! :thumbup:

Just wanted to say that i started my ecigg experience along with 3 friends and 2 other family members here in Illinois. We have found Volcano to be a good place for product and help from the community on the forums and the chat. We Love Our Infernos! 2 out of 3 tube Tanks I have ordered have had o-ring problems. First one i posted about here in the forum (outer ring) and after several hours was able to find an o-ring that worked. The 2nd arrived the other day and leaked on the first fill. The inner ring was defective. This time i called customer service and I suggested them getting o-ring kits for us or something that will help with this issue. Others are having the same problem also. When they work they are great.
Customer service didn't seem like they cared that 2 out of 3 where bad, they where more interested in what juice I used. I did use Volcano Watermelon on first fill but it all leaked out. I put new carto in and 2nd juice which was a pink spot juice leaked out. Customer service told me that they will send me a shipping address etc., so to send it back to them. Here is part of the response.... (Once we have received and tested your defective item we will notify you on this same ticket of the outcome. ). The lady in Customer service told me If they find that i did not use Volcano juice they will not warranty item.
i have spent over 200.00 with volcano so far and was planning on spending more but, this is unacceptable. It leaked due to o-ring on first fill out of box. plain and simple. It don't matter what juice was used. After discussing this issue with my family members and friends we all decided to use another vendor who will stand by the customer instead of trying to force us to use only volcano juice for our warranty to be good. Don't think its right to have to wait to be TESTED and a decision made on when or if I'll get my replacement tank or a 10 cent o-ring.
We all we see you at the Chicago vapefest! Unfortunately i don't think we will be wearing volcano shirts! Damn i wanted one of those! :cry:

If that's the case then they shouldn't ask about juice as Volcano doesn't sell plain pg.

I really don't have anything bad at all to say about Volcano, service has been uniformly good for me. Had a cap fall off my lavatube and got it exchanged in the stores. I do like to remind the girls that men smoke differently then women :) A guy who walks in the door and says he smokes a pack+ of Marlboros isn't going to be happy with an 8 mg mix :)

I had one of my Inferno batts die - RIP My Friend... I was so sad...It was my constant companion for 6 months of heavy use. I took good care of it, and it took care of me... But these things can happen. I want for anyone who is considering buying from Volcano to know , they took care of me too. Customer Service was fast to respond, Volcano stood by their warranty. And now I have a new batt. :D
