I would like to say I am very impressed with this company. The customer service is outstanding. As a previous user of Blu Cig I have had my fair share of horror experiences but it is truly wonderful to find a company that shows true sympathy and a sincere devotion to make their customers feel welcomed and at ease. The 24 hour shipping is wonderful compared to the aggravating shipping Blu Cig offers. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an alternative way of smoking. Do not get tricked into using Blu because that is just what you will get Blu Balls.

I can't wait till you get the referral program going!! I have so many friends who are TIRED OF SMOKING and anxious to get a starter kit. I tell them to JUST HANG ON and they’ll get it soon enough !!!
THANKS for this product. I have been cigarette-free for 5 weeks now! Tried a cigarette only ONE time in that 5-week period and thought I was going to be physically ill !!! What a perk. I don't desire them, I don't want them and, I DON'T NEED THEM!!!

I am 49 years old and a business owner. i smoked about 2 packs of camel cigs daily. I tried another E-Cig it was the only one i could find in a smoke shop. They were really uninformed and had no rplacement cartridges. This was in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. You would think they would have been savvy on this kind of product, but they were not. They were nice and professional, just had very little Knowledge of the Vaping world. I found your site, Placed an order, was kinda unsure of shipping times(I used Express mail,and Fed Ex) I called to inquire on the shipments and was treated really really well. I was told when my shipment would arrive and also received tips on the Vaping process. I received my first order, then immediately reordered. I have given up real cigs and vape only.Your product and service and attitude was superb. I have already passed the site on to friends.Im kinda an old Hippie type and everyone is interested in what im doing.hope to send them your way. I really just sent ya the E-mail to tell ya, yalls people and product are really top notch and I am a customer for Life.Thank you very much...I love to Vape..and I will Spread the word.Yall sent me nine Business cards that i will Displayat my Business. Its a Brand new 3000 square ft Building with counter area in excess:).Thanks for making me breath easier and enjoy The vaping Process.

I must say, while I have yet to actually receive my starter kit, the customer service that I've experienced thus far has been outstanding. I placed my order this past Saturday after having to cancel an order I'd made with Blu Cigs 6 weeks ago. But the reason I was so prompted to cancel the order with Blu was because Friday morning at like 1:00, I'd sent Volcano an e-mail inquiring about their product. For them to get back to me as quickly as they did impressed me so, so much. It may not seem like a lot. But after dealing with loads of BS from another company, to receive such a quick & easy response was just... refreshing. I can't wait to try this product & i just wanted to relay how appreciative I am of your superior customer service. A little goes a long way. And you guys really went the extra mile, in my opinion. Thanks.

I also canceled an order I had with Blu because Volcano's customer service and honesty to their customers won me over. I had found Volcanocigs first but they were out of stock on their starter kits, so I placed an order with Blu, boy if that wasn't the biggest mistake I've ever made.
I had sent an Email to Volcano's customer support at about 3am my time, with an inquiry about when the starter kits might be back in stock, and had a reply first thing in the morning when I woke up.
I honestly was not expecting that quick of a response, I honestly sat staring at the email from Volcano's Customer Service for a good minute with my jaw hanging open.
I was told the kits themselves weren't out of stock, but the atomizers were, and they were expecting a new stock sometime the following week.
They did not lie, they were back in stock and once I got my paycheck Saturday(Yeah, my job is funky like that) I placed my order for the Deluxe kit Saturday night, and canceled my order with Blu. I'm expecting my Deluxe Kit to be here in the next day or two, and I'm so excited I keep telling my wife about the ecigs over and over and over.
Hurry up Volcano! If that kit doesn't get here soon my wife may kill me!
I am glad I came across the whole Electronic cigarette thing, and I am even happier I've come across a company such as Volcano.
I really do hate most companies and businesses due to the overwhelming corruption and greed. They'd cut out your kidneys if they could. Just for a quick buck.
But with Volcano, the honest answers. The prompt customer service, the willingness to listen to their customers, and their willingness to tell you what is happening if something is out of stock, or delayed.
Just wow, if I had three thumbs I'd give you three thumbs up, but I only have two so you'll have to settle for a perfect two thumbs up.
All this good stuff I have to say for the company, and I have not even gotten my kit yet!
I can't even imagine how pleased I will be with my first Ecig ever and with the customer support standing behind it willing to help me if I need it.
If I tried to imagine it my head might just explo....... *BOOM*

Just wanted to make a quick comment on your great response times. I ordered my kit yesterday (after finding your site and cancelling my blu order) and am crossing my fingers that I will get it before Thursday since I have to fly out of town or Thanksgiving. I'm hoping to start putting it to use on my trip and hopefully never look back at tobacco again!
I'll let you know how my vaping experience goes in the near future.

I just had to reply. I've only been vaping for a week now. But unfortunately I also got pulled in by the advertising of Blu and ordered from them. By time time I found out about this product the Blu's had already shipped (only took six weeks, lol).
After seeing the great customer service and how helpful everyone here is I decided to order replacement carts and a pair of atomizers from Volcano. All I can say is WOW!!! Been using the other brand for a week, got my order in today and put one of the new atty's and cart from Volcano on and from the first drag I got more than double the amount of vapor from the Volcano vs. the other brand.
From now on all my orders will be from here, and once I get a little more money together I'll replace the other brand with nothing but Volcano! Already referring friends here as well.
