WHAT!!!!!!

Postby johnnymat06 » Thu Sep 22, 2011 4:07 pm

I would have to say that I knew something was wrong when I had put my order in on labor day and it shipped out on the following day then it has been two weeks and I have not got anything. I decied to take a look at the tracking and it says that it was delivered the 12th of September but low and behold still nothing so I went to USPS and they told me that since it wasn't insured there was nothing they could do and they told me that the mail man had no recollection of a package on that date and I tried to get a hold of CS and all I get is the voicemail recording each time. I was wondering if there is anybody out there that could help me with this problem

Hey, here's a link to what I told you in chat http://www.volcanoecigs.com/contacts/
Scroll to the bottom of the page and fill out the form.
Also...don't forget to call the post office back. It was scanned delivered therefor whether the mail man remembers or not...it was still misplaced by them.
Straight? So's spaghetti until you heat it up!

I would suggest that if you have not already to leave a message. We respond to calls in the order in which we received them. The voice mail picks up when there are no available phone representatives to take the call.

You can also open a support ticket with CS through your store accounts dashboard.

Our CS team will do what we can to help get this issue resolved for you.
