you dont have to buy kits but you have to buy "X" amount of things to use the wholesale program. For wholesale questions it is best to send an email to Lava Larry over at wholsale@volcanoecigs.com He is the head of the wholesale department. He will be better at answering your questions. I dont know everything about the wholesale program.

I would love to have the option to run to a store such as Walgreens to grab some cartos if I'm out of juice or something. Chicago and Hawaii are a ways from me. Whatever comes is great for all
