100027220 8/21/10 Robert Palmatter $105.69 Complete


This order has not even been received by fed-x. Is there a problem as it has been paid for. I would greatly appreciate an answer
asap. It was to be here by tuesday? I am not a happy customer right now.

Robert,

Just so you know, you're going to be more prompt in getting a response from a Volcano employee that can address this issue if you call the customer service 800 number ( 1 (800) 870-3357). They are getting swamped with calls/e-mails right now so it may take a few to get back to you; Rush mentioned Volcano on the air again. You can leave a voicemail with a callback number and they'll get back to you as soon as they can. This is probably the quickest way for you to get a response.

Not the best place for this, customer service would be a better choice.
But, if you ordered on Saturday, 8/21 this order would not have processed until Monday. FedEx doesn't count Sat and Sun as working days unless u spend extra. So my thoughts would be this order would have processed on Monday and been sent out that day.

However best choice in this case would be to contact customer service as they would be able to provide the correct answer pertaining to your specific order.

if you don't get it tomorrow then i would contact CS. they will help straighten the matter out.Also just noticed this on the front page updated yesterday

"All Volcano kits that were on back-order as of last week will be shipped out by tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support and your understanding while we dealt with the mass influx of orders due to a recent celebrity endorsement. Please direct all complaints to Rush Limbaugh. Thanks again Rush!"

I almost forgot that there was a big influx of new customers because of Rush Limbaugh that came out at a rather unexpected time so it caught them off guard a bit. So please be patient with them this is an anomaly rather then status quo.


by the way you might want to edit your post and take your phone number off of it. This is a public form and you never know what nut job is out there ;)
