Wheres my order????: RESOLVED

I hear people praising the quick shipping and blah blah blah..... You took my money just fine.. now 3 days later your still processing my order.. I emailed customer service no reply... :wtf:

Did you create a ticket thru CS??? Check with AB and maybe he can get some info for you. And if for some reason this was you 1st order may that affected the processing time.
something must be up....I ordered on a Friday after noon last week (USPS priority mail) and received it on Monday. hang in there.

I have not called them directly yet as with being on the east coast and my work hours are when they are open which is why I tried the email approach as it is the easiest for me. I am going to attempt to call today. But i placed my order sometime in the afternoon (EST) Monday. So I thought by Tuesday it would be process and shipped by end of day or Wednesday at the latest. nope nodda nothing. just a bit frustrated.

I would open up a ticket on it just in case but I do believe that when you e-mail CS the email becomes a ticket. I would still open up one in the system. I am sure there is just a mix up of some kind. This is not normal to have a package not actually ship that long. Hang in there! :think:

Hi rebel, I suggest logging in to your account, then clicking on "customer service" on the left side of the screen. See if a ticket is there, if not, open one up. Also, check your spam folders. In the past, Volcano emails were often filtered out, even before it got to the customer. This was supposed to have been fixed recently, but may not be perfected yet. A Volcano employee will probably be along shortly and get this fixed for you.

Check the ticket through your account dashboard, there might be a reply sitting there that never made it in e-mail form to your account...that happened to me...

and Geekdgirl is the winner!!!!! custserv did reply but i didnt even look there..... still not good info since yesterday morning their time, with the normal i apologize..... and usual script lol (i work in a call center i know them well

They got back to me!!!! WOOOHOOO!!! and updated my shipping and everything and says delivered so here is hoping and many thanks to them for resolving my issue and getting back to me and all the posters for helping me. :thumbup:
