WOW!!!! - Incredibly fast shipping, but leaky juice bottle

Wow, I can't belive how quick my LT & TT got here from Hawaii. I ordered a little bit after Wed. Chat ended (approx. 10-10:30 PM EST), and my order arrived here in Maryland on Friday Morning at about 11:30AM.

My only complaint is that I bought 2 30Ml bottles of Tobacco 16mg and apparently, even though the bottles are shrink wrapped, one of them leaked during shipping. Underneath the shrink wrap is soaked with quite alot of visable condensation under the shrink wrap , and there is juice dripping out from under the shrink wrap, which managed to make some of the other items in my purchase slightly damp with e-juice.

But still, Hawaii to Maryland in approx. 36 hours is great!!!!

So many pressure changes and temperateness changes in the trip it is not uncommon for a very little bit of leakage. Plus if they carrier man handles the package to much and stacks things on top of them it can squeeze a small amount out. That is why we shrink warp them as well as for a guarantee that the juice has not been tampered with.

Sorry to hear that one leaked more than the other, and got on your other things. Did anything get damaged?

Unfortunately, It doesn't look like I'm going to get anywhere near that lucky with my next/current order.

This time around, I ordered, about maybe 1 hour after chat ended, maybe a little bit less (had to put my daughter to bed). Anyway, that was around 10-10:30 PM EST last night. I just now (5:32 pm EST Thurs) recieved an email that my order has been shipped.

Not sure why such a difference in how quickly the orders are processed. Last time (2 wed. nights ago, about 1/2 hour after chat ended), I ordered a Lavatube kit, extra Battery, extra LT atty, 4ML TT, 3 packs of mega clearos, 2 lava attys, 2 inferno attys, 2 needle tip bottles, and 2 bottles of juice. This order was processed and shipped out within 10 minutes of my placing the order!!

This time, I only ordered 5 TT Refill Cartomizers, 2 more Lava attys, and 2 bottles of juice - why did it take over 20 hours to pack & ship this simple order when it only took about 20 minutes for the previous order, which was much more complex?

number of orders ahead of you.... how backed up they were yesterday because they took the morning off to go to the Senate building to fight the bill to tax ecigs 70%, so we were a bit behind this week, plus we just got restocked this week form the Chinese new year and many people held off ordering till last night to restock them selves. We had over twice the number of orders last night then usual. and many orders were really big.

We fill them in the order in which they are received not matter how big or small they are. No orders are jumped or moved ahead due to being smaller than others.

We still got all orders out with in the 24 business hours.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. 20 hours is still pretty fast compared to a lot of other companies out there that take days. Also most of the company was closed yesterday to fight a bill to keep our right to vape and protect the company which was also well known. It was also a Wednesday night in which things are also VERY chaotic and busy. There is also the fact that perhaps you placed your order before hundreds of others last week, and perhaps this time you were further down on the last. All orders are packed and shipped in the order in which they are received. We also do not have a huge warehouse of employees in which we would be capable of putting out hundreds of orders every 30 minutes. Instead it is a handful that work very hard to make sure every order gets out within the deadline we promise.

I say KUDOS to our shipping department.

Thats cool - I forgot about the whole senate thing - Thank you to Volcano for fighting for us!!!

Anyway, I was just a little disapointed because my carto in my TT is dying fast (I couldn't buy any refills when I bought it b/c they were out of stock), and I was realy hoping that it would come on Fri so I would have new ones for the weekend - oh, well, I guess it's clearos for the weekend and the TT will have to wait until Monday!!

Oh well, it's all good!!
