Forum changes- help a newbie out!

Hi, there!
I have to say, the forum is one of the reasons that I chose Volcano when I went to vaping; there are so many veteran vapers on here, that are more than willing to help a newbie out. I guess that is the good and bad news, though; since this forum is so big, I can't search and find answers to specific questions (I always get the 'too many results' answer). I hate to re-post something that I KNOW someone else has asked, but the forum headings are so general, I can't browse for my answer, either. If the forum were divided by product (I use a Volcano, and seem to find most posts about infernos and magmas), with subtopics about liquids, batteries, etc., I would know where to start looking for my answers. That being said, I sure don't envy the person that would get the job of re-organizing the old posts! Yikes!
People have been really patient on here about the 're-posting' issue, though, so I don't worry about posting my questions.
You guys rock. 'Nuff said.

The tech sections are broke down like that. When you select the batteries section it is then broke down by model type. Same for atomizers, and chargers.

yes I spent a long time going through the long list (pages) of topics that were not categorized and putting them int he right place.
I am a bit of a neat freak, so it always bugged me that it was just a big mess. Just takes a lot of time to get it all done. Took me a good week to organize the tech section alone.
So thank you guys, I do my best to keep the place working, and looking awesome. I am always working on making things better and doing "house keeping" on the forum.

Nevada maybe, but I can see why they'd "forget" New Jersey. One of the few states people are willing to pay to LEAVE! I kid, I kid.Ranidae wrote:The state roll call is missing Nevada and New Jersey![]()
I'm sure it wasn't intentional
The only thing I'd like to see in the forum is a longer edit time, or perhaps turning on the edit permission in some forums where it's off? I often think of something an hour or day after posting that's important enough to edit the post to add it, but not important enough to create a new post. Volcano doesn't, but many of the forums I participate on send an email at least once a day with new replies, and that's why I make the distinction. I too have had issues with finding posts, but I chalk it up to the fact that this forum is so specialized, there are simply a huge number of posts on related subjects to what I'm looking for.
I think AB deserves a thank you thread, cause you put a huge amount of time into answering questions and we all owe you unending gratitude.
